Marketing Specialist

Title: Marketing and Digital Branding Lead Based at Venteon, your base salary will range from $80,000.00/yr to $90,000.00/yr. Pay will be determined by skills and experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience implementing marketing and branding campaigns. Minimum three years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong technical skills with tools such as WordPress (or other content management system (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Console, Meta Audience Insights, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM, etc.). Duties Gain and maintain a technical understanding of current company offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling digital content. Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to plan, organize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social media, and digital channels. Collaborate and develop strategic objectives and goals to increase revenue for the organization. Support trade show activities such as researching relevant shows and developing materials and campaigns for the events. Research digital marketing of competitors. Identify opportunities in paid media, SEO, content, and social performance; evaluate which channels drive the best ROI; track industry and marketing trends; recommend adjustments based on results. Create product-focused assets such as landing pages, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Plan, launch, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
