RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients. Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in sales preferred. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses
