Billing & Administrative Contractor Billing & Administrative Contractor – Illinois Group Counseling Practice We are looking for a detail-oriented contractor to assist with billing and administrative projects for an Illinois group counseling practice. Responsibilities: Review and organize billing information in TherapyNotes Track outstanding administrative and billing items Maintain spreadsheets and records in Google Workspace Assist with insurance and client account follow-up Complete assigned billing and administrative projects Pay: 25–35/hour or a fixed rate per completed project. Ideal candidate: Experience with behavioral-health billing or private practice administration. TherapyNotes experience is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Counseling Speaks
