Job Description Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enhance customer data management and marketing capabilities. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud for seamless data‑driven marketing strategies. Utilize deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities to drive business growth and customer engagement. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce innovations and best practices to continuously improve solution delivery. Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce Data Cloud technologies and implementation methodologies. Drive adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud features to optimize marketing automation and customer insights. Architect and lead end‑to‑end Salesforce Data Cloud projects ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop data models, data ingestion pipelines and segmentation strategies within Salesforce Data Cloud. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee data governance, quality and compliance within Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to improve customer personalization and campaign effectiveness. Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill teams on Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities. Manage project timelines, risks and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Partner with Salesforce Marketing Cloud teams to create integrated data‑driven marketing campaigns. Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new Salesforce Data Cloud features and integrations. Variable Compensation This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
