Field Manager

Rausch Coleman Homes is looking for a Field Manger for the Tulsa area to oversee the construction and daily operations of multiple communities. Specific responsibilities include: Provides overall management and administration for construction projects Meets construction schedule, financial goals, and quality/safety standards Contracts subcontractors and monitors performance to insure schedules and quality objectives are met Plans, organizes, and supervises projects/ communicates objectives Ensure that all project invoicing and subcontractor/vendor purchase ordersare timely approved Requirements Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as supervisor in the construction field Good understanding of federal, state and local equal employment, labor, OSHA and environmental laws and regulations Ability to delegate to and hold subordinates accountable for assigned tasks Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with little or no supervision Residentialconstruction experience highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
