The Onsite Production Team Member will be responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Their duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follows safety procedures as instructed.
2. Reports any unsafe conditions to the Company.
3. Follows work instructions, quality procedures, and work standards.
4. Interact in a professional manner with other employees.
5. Participates with work teams as needed.
6. Works overtime as necessary.
7. Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
8. Moves, manipulates, modifies and / or assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
9. Uses manual tools as instructed to perform work.
10. Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
11. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
12. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
13. Operates production machinery as instructed to perform work.
14. Track production on schedule boards.
15. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
16. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of any malfunctions.
17. Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
18. Place finished goods in designated containers per packing standards.
19. Separate products according to weight, grade, size, or composition of materials used to produce them.
20. Properly dispose of all scrap produced during shift
21. Fill out daily production reports
22. Fill out hourly quality reports
23. Maintains a clean and safe work area per area 5S procedures.

Position Supervised or Directed:

Supervised.

Qualifications, Experience requirements:

• High School diploma is required.
• Experience is not required
• In case of experience - in a Metal Manufacturing companies preferred.

General requirements:

• Availability to go to the division from Monday to Friday
• Detailed and hands-on oriented.

Working Conditions:

• Frequently standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, and working in areas that are not climate controlled for long periods.
• Manufacturing plant environment.

6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Monday - Friday
