The Obstinate Daughter is dedicated to fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Sullivans Island, SC. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage and train staff, and maintain high-level food and beverage standards. Additional duties include optimizing customer satisfaction, supervising staff hiring, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Compensation: $60000-$80000 based on experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure outstanding guest experiences Proficiency in Hiring and team management to recruit and develop a high-performing staff Excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with guests, team members, and stakeholders In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage service and operations Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is highly desirable Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required #J-18808-Ljbffr The Obstinate Daughter
