RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care serves as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team that includes both licensed and unlicensed caregivers. This role is focused on ensuring patients, their families, and significant others receive personalized, high-quality, and safe care within a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care based on the Wellstar Professional Practice Model.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and research to inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to support patient services.
• Adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implement the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards established by the American Nurses Association.
• Champion the voice of the patient while upholding system policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the goals of service excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
• Proven knowledge and competency in critical care nursing practices.
• Committed to maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.

This position is located in a fast-paced clinical environment, managed by Nurse Managers and supported by a Shared Governance Model.
