Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80 hourly. Pay determined by expertise and experience. Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for 1+ year Cath Lab/EP experience. Position Highlights Location: Northwest Community Hospital – Arlington Heights, IL Full time/Part time: Full Time, 40 hours/week Hours: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm (Scheduled Monday – Friday). On call required. Required Travel: No What You Will Do Provide patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. Coordinate patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate. Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations. What You Will Need Successful completion of an Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois. 1 year of Cath Lab experience preferred. Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification.
