About the Position

Mountain Cascade, Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Class A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Combination endorsement with doubles and triples, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.

Experience in the construction industry, particularly underground utilities and heavy civil construction, is a plus. The successful candidate will support our operations by safely transporting equipment, materials, and other items as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with applicable DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from jobsites and company facilities as assigned.
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required transportation documentation.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, yard personnel, and field teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Required Combination and Double/Triple endorsements.
• Clean driving record; driving history will be reviewed prior to hire.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment DOT screening.
• Must be eligible to participate in applicable DOT random testing programs throughout employment.
• Strong commitment to safe driving and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of underground utilities, underground construction, or related operations.
• Experience transporting construction equipment, materials, or supplies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Pay Schedule: Paid weekly.
• Benefits: Full benefits package available after 90 days of employment.
• Position: Non-union.
• Home Base: Mountain Cascade, Inc. Livermore Yard.
