EHS & Facilities Manager

A fast-growing advanced manufacturing company in the Los Angeles area is looking for a strong EHS & Facilities Manager to build and grow the EHS program in an integrated R&D and production environment. This person will be tasked with owning both site infrastructure and the safety systems that protect people, equipment, and operations. The role plays a key part in scaling a complex manufacturing facility while building EHS programs that can grow with future expansion. The Role Design and implement a comprehensive EHS management system aligned with applicable regulatory agencies, such as Cal/OSHA Develop safety programs for a variety of manufacturing processes and associated risks such as industrial gases, laser operations, hazardous materials, and combustible dust Manage environmental compliance requirements such as air permits, hazardous waste, chemical inventory, and emergency response planning Manage critical infrastructure, including ventilation, inert gas systems, compressed air, electrical, and specialty systems The Candidate 5+ years of EHS experience in advanced manufacturing, technology startup, or R&D environments. Hands-on background with R&D and manufacturing EHS program creation and implementation. Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA requirements, relevant NFPA codes, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, industrial hygiene, or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
