Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in Illinois
• SLP-CCC or CFY credentials, with experience in school and pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 23 elementary-age students
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to elementary students across nearby campuses (all within blocks of each other)
• Manage caseloads efficiently, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and federal guidelines
• Contribute to a supportive, student-centric school environment
