128 Sales is an outside sales and marketing firm whose focus is to increase brand awareness while specializing in boosting customer acquisition for our internationally recognized clients.

What our Entry-Level Sales Representatives do (not limited to):

• Promote our client's products, services, and promotions to customers face-to-face

• Speak with prospective customers about services and promotional pricing

• Acquire new business and process sales accounts on-site with customers

• Identify cross-selling opportunities

• Handle and overcome objections from customers as they arise

• Ensure we're providing the best experience with our customer

Candidate strengths:

• Motivated and ready to take on challenges

• Has the desire to be coached through numbers

• Would enjoy developing others and team management

• Great listener and is excited to be mentored

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, customer service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.. but we are willing to train all those interested in growing their skills in this field.
