Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveyors! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall condition, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting the report online via PC/desktop with attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties. Take photos and capture property details. Create and submit written reports through the online system. Ensure reports are submitted timely with all required attachments. Qualifications Reliable vehicle to travel to inspection sites. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera for photographic documentation. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills. Coverage area: Myrtle Beach, SC.
