Job Description

Direct all on-site bridge construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Develop and implement daily, weekly, and long-range work plans. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor productivity and adjust resources to maintain project schedules. Review project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and contract documents. Communicate project expectations to field personnel and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of bridge construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Experience with bridge replacement, rehabilitation, concrete structures, steel erection, foundations, and structural repairs. Strong understanding of heavy civil construction methods and equipment. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and engineering drawings. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
