If it can be built today, we're all about getting it done today.What Is This Role Like?As a Product Manager at Topsort, you'll own products from idea to customer adoption. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.This isn't a roadmap management role. We're looking for someone who is deeply curious about customers, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and excited to build in a fast-moving startup. You'll balance long-term product thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring what we build is not only shipped, but adopted by customers.In this role, you will:Own the product lifecycle from discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration.Work directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to understand problems and identify opportunities.Define product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, and business goals.Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business metrics to continuously improve the product.Balance short-term execution with long-term product strategy.Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across the organization.What (We Think) You Need To Be SuccessfulWe are looking for outlier candidates who are technical, highly organized, and energized by messy real-world product problems. You do not need to check every box, but you should be able to show that you can create momentum across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-moving environment.API & Integration Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, technical constraints, and how software systems connect.
