We are currently looking for a Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our primary care team at the M Health Fairview Clinic - River Falls . This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and expanding practice, supported by an experienced care team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Formulate differential diagnoses and request necessary diagnostic tests.
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic health conditions.
• Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations as needed.
• Analyze diagnostic results and develop treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain precise and timely medical records.
• Engage in cross-coverage and care coordination efforts.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and system-based practices.
• Ensure adherence to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Established primary care setting with a focus on teamwork.
• Average of 18 patient visits per day.
• 1.0 FTE equates to 34 patient contact hours weekly.
• Low-intensity call frequency, primarily phone consultations with first-tier nurse triage.
• Openings available from 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) with flexible scheduling options.
• Employer-sponsored Nabla AI for clinical documentation to ease administrative tasks.
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record system.

• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA).
• Possession or eligibility for licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification.
• Fulfillment of credentialing and privileging requirements.

The salary range posted is for a 1.0 FTE position. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Our organization is committed to pay equity and considers internal equity when making offers. Positions with the same minimum and maximum pay are flat-rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production may allow for earnings exceeding the posted range.
