Construction Estimator - Commercial Projects
ALPINE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DBA ACM
Alpine Construction Management (ACM) seeks an Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects across Western Colorado. In this role, you will review plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and prepare labor, material, and equipment pricing. You will solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids, support value engineering, and assist project managers with budgets and proposals. This on-site position offers exposure to diverse ground-up and renovation projects, a collaborative, safety-focused culture, and clear growth potential into senior estimating or project leadership roles.
