Property and Casualty Insurance License Required Earning Potential: $80,000+ annually Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Benefits Salary plus Commission SIMPLE retirement plan (after one year of employment) Growth potential/ Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain before start date) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain before start date) Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus!
