Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the table games department, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide top-notch service to our guests Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our players Monitor game activity and customer behaviour to detect any signs of suspicious or illegal activity, taking appropriate action as needed Collaborate with other casino departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and tournaments that will attract and retain customers Maintain compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all Qualifications: Prior experience in a leadership role within a casino table games department Demonstrated knowledge of casino gaming regulations and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed About Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack: Located near the shores of beautiful Lake McConaughy in Ogallala, NE, Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack offers guests a unique gaming experience.
