The Vice President, Program Management is a senior delivery leader who operates at the intersection of operational excellence, commercial discipline, and client value creation. This role drives the EDGE connected delivery model across a complex portfolio—ensuring that scope, staffing, financial performance, and outcome delivery are integrated from opportunity through optimization.

Qualifications include:
- 10+ years of delivery leadership in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing large anchor accounts
- Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing teams of Program Managers
- Deep fluency in financial management
- Working knowledge of AI delivery tools
- Experience operating within connected, cross-functional models
- Strong executive presence
- Fluency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with Workfront or similar workflow and delivery management platforms
