Industry Retail Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the paid acquisition engine with a focus on owning and scaling the paid media strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar media budget across various platforms, driving efficient growth, and developing tailored strategies for each channel. This role requires a deep understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to continuously improve them while maintaining efficiency. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creative strategy and development, testing and experimentation, seasonal planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of the performance marketing initiatives. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in performance marketing, preferably within a DTC or eCommerce brand, and a proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million dollar paid media budgets. A data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of subscription economics, LTV optimization, and experience in highly seasonal businesses. The role demands a highly collaborative individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is adept at cross-functional collaboration with creative, analytics, and product teams.
