The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and operational roles within the data center industry, and will work closely with hiring managers to source, attract and close top talent in a fast-paced environment.Travel: Ability to travel up to (10%) for company gatherings.Location: Denver, CO (3 day hybrid in-office role)Compensation: $125-$150K (Offers Bonus)Essential ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies for positions in all phases of the data center development life cycleSource and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, industry events, and passive recruiting techniquesConduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and technical skills relevant to data center operationsManage and coordinate all interview stages, while ensuring a positive candidate experienceProactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of professionals with expertise in critical infrastructure, electrical, mechanical engineering and constructionNegotiate job offers, close and work closely with the People team to facilitate smooth onboarding processesStay informed about industry trends, certifications, and new technologies within the data center sectorMaintain and update applicant tracking system (Ashby)Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisionsCreate reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metricsEducation, Skills, and Experience5+ years of experience in full cycle data center recruitment or technical talent acquisitionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Ability to source and network within the data center industry, specifically in operations, engineering, infrastructure, and constructionExperience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment softwareExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlinesFueled by Excellence & CollaborationAt Rowan, we are a distributed team united by a common mission to transform data center delivery.
