HR Generalist — Payroll, Compliance & Policies

Auto-Fi in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily HR functions and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will manage payroll processing, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks across departments. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. In this full-time position, you will assist in recruitment and training initiatives, and implement office policies while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
