Our Ideal Candidate Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop as a clinician Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively New graduates are encouraged to apply - our structured mentorship and clinical education program provide a successful transition from school to practice.
