Description Low and Slow Smokehouse is looking for a passionate, hardworking Pitmaster to join our team! If you know your way around a smoker, understand fire management, and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality BBQ — we want to talk to you. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain smokers daily Monitor meat temps, fire control, and cook times Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Assist with prep and inventory as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements Experience with wood-fired smokers (required) Strong knowledge of BBQ meats and techniques Early morning availability Reliable and punctual Team player with strong work ethic We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a growing team.
