Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join our operations team. This is a production-based role responsible for accurately processing cash deposits for both commercial and internal customers. This position is strictly non‑customer facing and focuses on back‑end processing within a secure cash‑handling environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high‑volume production environment Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and internal controls Meet daily production and accuracy goals Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience Qualifications High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment Strong organizational and time management skills Basic math and problem‑solving abilities Previous experience in cash handling, banking operations, or processing roles preferred Work Environment Production‑focused, non‑customer‑facing role Requires consistent focus, accuracy, and adherence to process May involve repetitive tasks and handling of large volumes of cash Why Join Us Opportunity to be part of a critical operations team supporting business and internal partners Structured environment with clear expectations and performance goals Strong emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and operational excellence Physical Requirements This position will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repeat motions.
