Operations Associate

Help keep day-to-day business operations organized and moving. Careerscape is recruiting a full-time Operations Associate to support workflows, maintain accurate records, coordinate tasks, and prepare reports. This is a remote opportunity based in Texas. Coordinate daily tasks, deadlines, and operational follow-ups Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, and internal documentation Prepare routine reports and track operational performance measures Help teams organize schedules, handoffs, and project updates Support onboarding and keep process instructions up to date Identify missing information, process delays, and opportunities for improvement Communicate status updates clearly to colleagues Protect confidential business and customer information Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is welcome 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or a related support role Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management Clear written and verbal communication Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, email, and shared documents Ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments Comfort working independently and collaborating with a remote team Benefits
