Export Coordinator

Export Sales AdministratorThis position is responsible in supporting the export team in sales administration and documentation.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Supports the sales administration team with export-related accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policiesAssists with coordinating with the finance team to ensure proper application of customer payments and accurate financial reportingAssist in preparing and processing essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices and country specific documents required for international shippingAssists with processing accounts payable invoices related to finished goods and export transactionsAssists the export documentation team as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED or degree in administration1+ years of experiencePreferred QualificationsInternational shipping experience.
