About the Position This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering competitive per‑report compensation. Appraisers begin with a 90‑day period to evaluate performance, reliability, and alignment with company standards. In select markets, high‑performing appraisers may be considered for limited salaried staff appraiser roles following this period. These positions include performance‑based bonuses, 401(k), and health benefits, and are not guaranteed but may be offered to those who demonstrate consistency and align with long‑term company goals.
