Human Resources Specialist

Job Title: People Operations Partner / Human Resources Specialist Location: Oxford, OH 45056 (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2 (No Benefits) Duration: 12-Month Contract Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Are you passionate about people, employee engagement, and HR operations? We are seeking a motivated People Operations Partner / Human Resources Specialist to join a dynamic plant environment where you will work closely with Production Supervisors, Union Stewards, and hourly employees to support daily HR operations and create a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct new hire orientations and track completion of job-specific training. Partner with Production Supervisors on investigations, attendance disciplines, grievances, and employee concerns. Manage employee scheduling and timecards while supporting labor relations activities. Maintain confidential HR records and personnel data. Prepare HR metric reports and support plant projects/events. Deliver excellent customer service and support plant engagement initiatives. Qualifications: High School Diploma required. 1–2 years of HR experience preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to think critically and make independent decisions. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
