Lean Transformation Lead — Multi-Site CI & Kaizen Champion

Morgan Truck Body in Riverside, CA seeks a Lean Leader to drive operational excellence across the plant. Travel approximately 25% to support Continuous Improvement initiatives, coach local teams, and lead enterprise-wide Lean projects. You will mentor technicians, facilitate Kaizen events, develop standard work, and monitor KPIs to deliver measurable savings and safety, quality, and delivery improvements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and strong knowledge of Lean #J-18808-Ljbffr J.B. Poindexter & Co.
