The position offers a rewarding chance to support individuals in need and contribute to the well-being of tenants.In This Role, You Will:Oversee daily operations of Blaine Manor Family Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concernsEnsure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelinesAssist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewalsCoordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeepPerform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removalClean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenantsOther duties as assignedThis position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the community and help address the critical need for affordable housing.
