This Physical Therapist Assistant role is based in Tukwila, Washington, a vibrant city in the heart of the Seattle metropolitan area. The environment emphasizes evidence-based practice, clear communication, and coordinated care under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists.In this role, the Physical Therapist Assistant will support evaluation and treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. A typical day may include guiding patients through individualized therapeutic exercise programs, assisting with manual therapy interventions, providing instruction in home exercise routines, monitoring patient progress, and documenting all care in the electronic medical record. The caseload often includes adult patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries, spine conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs, with potential exposure to adolescent or older adult populations depending on clinic demand.Patient scheduling is structured to allow for focused, one-on-one or small-group therapy sessions that prioritize functional outcomes and patient engagement. The clinic staffing model supports collaboration with Physical Therapists and other team members, fostering a supportive and learning-oriented atmosphere. Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
