Available Shift Days 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (schedule discussed during onsite interview) Pay, Benefits & Perks of Unit Manager (LPN or RN) Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift differential pay (at participating locations) Paid Time Off (PTO+) hours added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Unit Manager (LPN or RN) Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assess and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications of Unit Manager (LPN or RN) Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing One year of nursing experience is preferred Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma. Valid CPR certification Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team EEO Statement Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
