Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance technicians to ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely. This position oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems at our Jeffersonville facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely.
• Conduct and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs on mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.

• Proven ability to teach, train, and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and repairs.
• Experience with robotics/CNC machines including teaching positions, setups, and adjustments.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel and basic computer systems.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic environment on the 1st shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Be prepared for prolonged periods standing on your feet and the ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
