What You’ll Do Presorting & Buying: Evaluate incoming items brought in by customers, check for quality, safety, and condition, and use our software to price the best items. Customer Interaction: Greet local parents, explain our buying process, and deliver excellent customer service. Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, styled, and beautifully stocked with the freshly bought items. Cash Wrap: Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently when needed. What We Are Looking For A positive, high‑energy attitude and a passion for community and sustainability. Extreme attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong decision‑making skills (you will be deciding what inventory the store purchases!). Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills. Ability to stand, move around, and lift up to 25‑30 lbs during a shift. Schedule Part‑time shifts available within our operating hours.
