Responsibilities Represent clients in business-related litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, and regulatory compliance cases. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for court filings. Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations. Advocate for clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Work closely with experts, investigators, and other legal professionals to strengthen cases. Compensation & Benefits Compensation structure includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and potential profit‑sharing based on firm performance. Range: $165K+ DOE. 1700 billable hours min.
