About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across its diverse brand portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling the enterprise marketing function, with a primary focus on driving growth, brand equity, and customer acquisition. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in multi-brand marketing, particularly within high-growth, acquisition-driven, or franchise organizations. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with creating and implementing an overarching marketing strategy that connects directly to revenue growth, while also ensuring that each brand maintains a strong and differentiated market position. Key responsibilities include portfolio-level marketing leadership, multi-brand marketing strategy and planning, marketing integration for acquired brands, customer acquisition and growth strategy, and the management of marketing budgets and resources. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and have at least 10 years' of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as deep expertise in digital marketing, marketing technology, brand management, and data-driven strategy. Experience in the franchise, youth sports, youth education, or consumer services industry is a plus, particularly in the areas of franchise development marketing and the franchise broker and consultant ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, be adept at managing significant marketing budgets, and have a proven ability to demonstrate clear ROI and present performance results to executive leadership.
