Our team members bring that mission to life every day through exceptional care and meaningful connections.What You'll Do: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide compassionate nursing care to residents while supporting a team of Nursing Assistants to ensure exceptional quality of care.Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services according to physician orders and care plans.Monitor resident health, perform assessments, and report changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team.Supervise and provide guidance to STNAs to ensure safe, effective, and resident-centered care.Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Complete resident admissions, documentation, charting, and other required clinical records accurately and timely.Promote resident safety and well-being by following infection prevention, emergency response, and regulatory compliance procedures.Qualifications as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current State of Ohio LPN licenseOne or more years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applicationsWhy Join Genacross?At Genacross Lutheran Services, we strive to improve the lives of everyone, including our Team Members, who daily enrich the lives of our residents, patients, clients & colleagues.
