You will develop and deliver polished PowerPoint presentations and thrive in dynamic, challenging projects. What You Can Expect Day‑to‑Day You will actively participate in the development and delivery of all client outputs. Consultants are typically staffed on multiple projects in parallel, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients. You will demonstrate analytical skills, support business development, practice development, mentorship, and training activities. Responsibilities Include Serve as the content expert on your projects Synthesize insights and recommendations from primary and secondary research Use internal and external sources to conduct independent desk‑based research to address key client questions Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid the development of recommendations Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to develop thinking and recommendations Actively contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow‑up of internal and client meetings Prepare presentations and other client deliverables Additional Responsibilities Support in defining research methodologies to achieve client goals Lead primary research Provide guidance on secondary research and project direction, in conjunction with the project lead Own select client interactions, including running weekly status updates, leading project deliverable presentations, and communicating internally and externally regarding critical issues, new insights, and questions to clarify and maintain alignment of work with client needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Consultant: 1‑2 years of experience in consulting Senior Consultant: 2‑3 years experience in consulting or related business analytics/strategy within the healthcare space (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics) Strong MS Office literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability and flexibility to travel Undergraduate concentration in Economics or Business Master’s or PhD in Science, Economics, or Business Proven interest in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consulting; prior knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and ability to critically analyze clinical data Compensation and Benefits Reasonable estimate of the current range: $80,000 USD–$132,000 USD. The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation.
