Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient care in Lubbock, Texas. This role involves providing acute care services across various units, including rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient clinics, and skilled nursing facilities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Lubbock, Texas
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 07/13/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas or Compact license, BLS certification, minimum of 1 year experience in acute care, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities, Epic EMR experience, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient education, orthopedics, neurology, assessment, discharge planning, evaluation, and familiarity with hospital beds, gait training, and immobilization equipment.
• Additional Information: Candidate must commit to working three of the five designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). No on-call or weekend coverage is required. Candidates must have worked at a Providence facility previously or be willing to provide references covering the last three years. Vaccinations for COVID-19 and Flu are required.
• Special Equipment & Procedures: Bed alarms, call lights, gait belt, hospital/specialty beds, sliding boards, gait training, hip and spinal surgeries, and more.
• Certifications: BLS is required.
