Job Title: Forward Deployed Product Lead (AI / Healthcare)
Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployed Product Lead to drive the end-to-end success of AI deployments across major healthcare systems. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product, AI, and customer engagement , owning real-world outcomes from initial discovery through deployment and optimization.
You will play a critical role in designing and launching production-grade AI workflows , collaborating with cross-functional teams and healthcare stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle of AI deployments: discovery, demos, implementation, and optimization
- Design, test, and refine AI-driven workflows using modern LLM tools
- Translate clinical workflows into structured, scalable solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and define solutions
- Partner closely with healthcare professionals, operational teams, and leadership
- Drive change management, training, and adoption across customer organizations
- Build tailored demos showcasing platform capabilities for real-world use cases
- Identify product gaps and contribute to product roadmap improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to enhance platform performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5–12 years of experience in product, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Strong ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions
- Experience working with enterprise clients or healthcare systems is a plus
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or workflow automation tools preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Hands-on mindset with ability to build and execute, not just strategize
