Paralegal

A well-established Dallas-area law firm is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with case management, legal research, and document preparation. Responsibilities: Manage case files from intake through resolution, including organizing and maintaining client documentation. Conduct legal research and assist with drafting pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. Track case deadlines and manage attorney calendars. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other outside parties. Assist with e-filing and maintaining case management databases. Request, review, and organize medical, financial, or corporate records as applicable to the practice area. Support billing and case administration processes as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree, or paralegal certificate, preferred. Prior experience in a legal support role preferred — training available for the right candidate. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple case files and competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management or e-filing software is a plus. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
