Senior Project Manager, OR Renovation - Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities
- Lead OR renovation and new construction projects from initial quote through customer sign-off
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships
- Oversee demolition, site preparation, construction activities, and installation readiness
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, facility leaders, and healthcare stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of construction project management or related experience
- Proven track record overseeing contractors and construction scopes
- Experience with demolition, renovation, and capital projects
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Valid driver's license
Compensation: $102,600 - $171,000 USD annual
