• Licenses/Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (NO exceptions for FNP, PNP, or other NP certs)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP, not accepting new graduates or locums

What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a large-level NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage highly acute neonatal patients with a wide range of medical conditions
• Participate in rotating coverage across multiple hospitals within the healthcare system
• Maintain compliance with all facility protocols and safety standards
• Support family-centered care and advocate for patient well-being

What You Need

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience as an NNP (not accepting new grads)
• Valid state license in Florida or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in high-acuity settings
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
