Experience may also include: Budget development Managing cost and “Work In Progress” projections Managing job site supervisory personnel Planning and scheduling the project Developing and maintaining owner relations Negotiating and purchasing materials Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations Managing overall project costs Overseeing labor projections Contract negotiation and administration Additional self‑perform experience is a plus: Process mechanical/process piping Concrete structures Roadways, wet/dry utilities, drainage, structures, site work Qualifications 7+ years’ experience with pump stations, treatment plants, and public works 4‑year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field Direct experience managing wastewater or water treatment plant construction, especially involving PFAS or similar contaminants Familiarity with design‑build delivery, permitting, and coordination with environmental agencies Understanding of startup and commissioning of treatment systems, including pump stations, clarifiers, and advanced filtration technologies Legal & Equal Opportunity Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
