• Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
• Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience

Who We're Looking For

We welcome both experienced Dental Assistants and motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

• Friendly and dependable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Excited to grow professionally as the practice expands
• Committed to delivering excellent patient care every day

What We Offer

• Full-time position
• Competitive hourly pay: $18-$24 per hour, based on experience
• Medical benefits
• Dental benefits
• Retirement plan
• Opportunities for training and professional development
• Supportive leadership invested in your long-term success

Why Join Us?

We're a family-owned dental organization that believes great practices are built by great people. Our offices are designed for long-term growth-not high-pressure volume-and we value team members who want a stable workplace where they can develop their skills and build a lasting career.

If you're searching for a practice where you'll be appreciated, supported, and given room to grow, we'd love to meet you.
