Tax Consultant

Tax Compliance Specialist

Can start prior to 2/14/22. Assignment Length 6-8 months. Possible extension but unlikely.

Perform U.S. tax compliance for federal, state, and international income tax return filings (e.g. Form 5471s, 8858s, 1120s, 1065s, etc.). Perform tax research and analysis. Support tax planning initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience with MS Office products, and experience with Onesource Income Tax software.
