Pay and Schedule


Training Pay: $20.91/hour


Shift Differentials After Training:

• 2nd Shift: Additional $3.13/hour

Training:

• 3 months onsite in Duluth, GA
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

After Training:

• Remote position
• 8-hour shifts 2nd shift. Must be able to work any time from 12:00PM-11:30PM

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls and customer requests
• Assist with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and reservations
• Resolve cancellations, schedule changes, and travel issues
• Maintain accurate reservation records
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, travel, or call center experience
• Stable work history
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent

Background Investigation Requirement


This position would require successful completion of a background check, which will include the following:

• Criminal and legal history review
• Credit history review
• Employment and education verification
